Why was my debit card declined?
You could be over your daily dollar limit, you may not have the funds in your account, or it may be that the zip code correlated with your account was entered incorrectly. Please contact your local branch and they’ll be able to help you out.

How do I login to my bank account?
To login to online banking, access the logon page from the First Fiat Private Bank website. If you aren’t signed up for online banking, please reach out to your banker or click here to enroll.

Contact information can be updated within your Online Banking account, or by calling one of our branch locations.
Where do I find the First Fiat Private Bank mobile app?

Can I open a checking account with no deposit?

Do you have a free checking account?

What do I need to cash a personal check at the branch locations?
To cash a check at First Fiat Private Bank branch locations we ask that you bring your account number, and a government issued id (such as your driver’s license). View a list of all branch locations to find the nearest to you.
How can I check my account balance?
To check your account balances, log into online banking via your computer, or the First Fiat Private Bank mobile app. You can also call a branch location for your balance.
How do I find my account number?
Your account number can be found on your monthly bank statements, or by looking at your checks (your account number is the final set of numbers). For questions about locating your account number, contact your local branch today!
