Our solution simplifies the process and makes it easy to maintain one Guaranty Bank relationship for all your deposit needs. eDeposit expedites funds availability, allowing you to make deposits without leaving your office.
eDeposit is an electronic solution that eliminates transportation costs and delays, saving you time and money. We use proven technology to scan an image of your check deposits, which is then sent over a secure internet connection for processing by Guaranty Bank. You will retain an image copy of all check deposits, simplifying your research needs.

Once the table top scanner is installed to your desktop PC, all you have to do is scan your checks, and the system will automatically create the deposit.
Saves time and money!
eDeposit software will take the scanned check images and optional MICR information and send them via a secure internet connection to the bank. Guaranty Bank will create image replacement documents (IRDs) and expedite them for processing, resulting in earlier funds availability for you.
